Dave Reichert: WA 8th District Rep

Endoresement for State Representative - Washington State - 8th District: Dave Reichert

Dave Reichert

Dave Reichert has done an exceptional job for the 8th District and has been a great representative in Washington D.C. He has proven that he is an Independent Representative. He has sided with Conservatives on Fiscal and Economic issues. He is a champion of and serves on the Homeland Security Committee. He serves as the ranking member of the Subcommittee on Intelligence, Information Sharing, and Terrorism Risk Assessment and the Subcommitte on Border, Maritime, and Global Counterterrorism. He also serves on subcommittes on the House Transportation Committee (Aviation and Highways and Transit) and House Science and Technology Committee (Investigations and Oversight and Research and Science Education).

For issues for Washington State, such as Environment and Farming, Representative Reichert has represented us well. He most often sides with Moderates and liberals when it helps represent the ideals of his district and the USA.

He is a breathe of fresh air for Wsahington and works well with a very liberal consituency, falling in the direct middle of the Liberal Democrats and Conservative Republicans.

His opponent has 1 issue: Iraq War. The vote is over and the issue of the Iraq War needs to focus on the safety and return of our soldiers when stability has been reached. Finally, the Iraqi Government is stepping up. The return of our soldiers may be soon. With no other experience and little other ideas, his opponent does not deserve to be in this position only because they have backing of the Democrative Party and MoveOn.Org.

Dave Reichert deserves our support and our vote.

Clibborn & Litzow: 41st District Representatives

Endoresement for 41st District Representatives: Judy Clibborn & Steve Litzow

Judy Clibborn has done an excellent job for the district and is running unopposed. She has worked with others and championed Transportation and Education. Both of these are huge issues for me, my district, and our State. She was a previous Mayor and City Councilmember of Mercer Island. She currently serves as the chair of the Transportation Committe in Olympia.

Steve Litzow is a new person running to replace Fred Jarrett. His ideals seem to be good and more moderate than his main competitor, Marcie Maxwell. Marcie Maxwell has some experience on the Renton School Board. She tends to lean a lot stronger to party Democrat. Litzow's focus is on Education, Environment, and Transportation. He has been on the Mercer Island City Council for the past few years.

Judy Clibborn:

Steve Litzow:

Jarrett - 41st District Senate

Endoresement for the 41st District - Senate: Fred Jarrett

Fred Jarrett

Once again, I am supporting Fred Jarrett. Since the last election he has changed from a Republican to a Democrat. However, he has always and continues to be an Independent. I have been in contact with Representative Jarrett over the past few years. He has always been open and forthright on his thoughts and comments.

He is a huge supporter of Education. He is a member of the Higher Education Committee and Appropriations Subcommitte on Education. He has been influential working with both parties to help draft transportation goals.

Once again, he has received an "Outstanding" rating from the Municiple League of King County. He is also endorsed by the Washington Conservation League listing him as a House Environmental Champion.

He is a big family man and a champion of social rights for all.

He is a huge champion of our district and is a friend to all.
